Non-Engraved Collars:

You may return or exchange non-engraved dog collars within 30 days of receiving your order. The collar must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.

Engraved Collars:

Since engraved collars are personalized specifically for your pet, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective collar, please contact us within 7 daysof receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase in such cases.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
